Manager's assertiveness

• The offer includes 3 weekend sessions or one week stationary training including accommodation and full board.

• Weekend sessions start on Friday at 4 pm and finish on Sunday at 6 pm. The stationary group works in a closed manner. 

• During the course: workshop and psychological training, with use of activating methods and group process, psychoeducation, training of time management and diligent execution of daily planner, interpersonal skills, skills of problem resolution, close relations and reactive listening, building constructive feedback, and personal rights and potential awareness, inner monologue, assertive refusal, confronting views and reactions to criticism, defense against verbal attack and repeated invasive behaviours, assertive expressing expectations, criticism and appreciation. 

• The training is conducted by professional and experienced trainers and social psychologists.

• The main target of the therapy is acquiring interpersonal skills necessary for manager's work.

• Psychotherapy of addictions - intermediate group

  Psychotherapy of addictions - intermediate group

• The offer includes 3 weekend sessions or one week therapy within stationary course, described in the Fundamental Therapeutic Program for intermediate members and applied in Janochy Center with regard to Personal Therapeutic Program and psychological interview. 

• Weekend sessions start on Friday at 4 pm and finish on Sunday at 6 pm. Stationary group works in a closed manner. This offer is directed to people recovering after the therapy from 1 to 3 years. 

• The course includes: psychotherapy, workshop, psychological training, psychoeducation, time management training, stress, frustration, anger, sadness, depression, feelings and thoughts resolution training, case study, expertise, diagnosis and psychological interview, hipotheraphy.

• The trainings are conducted by professional and experienced trainers, psychotherapists and specialists in psychotherapy of addictions. 

• The target of the therapy is to acquire the skill of stress, frustration, feelings and anger management, and acquiring a larger acceptance for the illness, feeling of coherence and succeeding health efficiency, more motivation for recovery and life sense, ability of time management and activity planning, leisure and taking care of oneself.

  Psychotherapy of addictions - advanced group

• The offer includes 3 weekend sessions or one week therapy within stationary course, described in the Fundamental Therapeutic Program for intermediate members and applied in Janochy Center with regard to Personal Therapeutic Program and psychological interview. 

• Weekend sessions start on Friday at 4 pm and finish on Sunday at 6 pm. Stationary group works in a closed manner. This offer is directed to people recovering after the therapy above 3 years. 

• The training includes: psychotherapy, workshop, psychological training, psychoeducation, time management training, and diligent execution of daily planner, interpersonal skills, problem resolution training, communicative skills training, close relations, dignity in assertiveness case study, expertise, diagnosis and psychological interview, hipotheraphy.

• The trainings are conducted by professional and experienced trainers, psychotherapists and specialists in psychotherapy of addictions.

• The target if therapy is acquiring interpersonal skills, accepting compliments, remarks, increasing the feeling of coogherence and health effectiveness, sense of life.

  Psychotherapy of addictions - weekend sessions

• 10 meetings including Fundamental Therapeutic Program applied in Janochy Center based on Personal Therapeutic Program and psychological interview. 

• Sessions start on Friday at 4 pm and finish on Sunday at 6 pm. 

• The training includes: psychotherapy, workshop, psychological training, psychoeducation, psychodrawing, training of constructive behaviors, RET (rational-emotional therapy), SFTB, crisis intervention, task fulfillment group in adequate amount of time to stationary group, case study, expertise, diagnosis, psychological interview and hipotheraphy. 

• The course is conducted by professional and experienced trainers, psychotherapists and specialists in psychotherapy of addictions.

• The target of the therapy is to accept helplessness towards psychoactive substance and acquiring acceptance, feeling of coherence and health efficiency, motivation to recovery, sense of life; skill of stress management, intra - psychological and interpersonal, managing the alcohol/drug "hunger" and relapse of illness. 

• Accommodation, full board, nature, animals and friendly environment ensure comfort of recovery and relax. 

  Training of managing relapse

• The offer includes 5 weekend meetings or 2 week therapy in place, described in Fundamental Therapeutic Program of Managing Relapse of Illness applied in Janochy Center with regard to Personal Therapeutic Program and psychological interview. 

• Weekend sessions start on Friday at 4 pm and finish on Sunday at 6 pm. Stationary group works in an open manner. 

• The training includes psychotherapy, workshop, psychological training, psychoeducation, psychodrawing, training of constructive behaviors, resolving problems, communication, assertiveness, mediation, dignity behaviours, RET (rational-emotional therapy), SFTB, crisis intervention, task fulfillment, case study, expertise, diagnosis, psychological interview and hipotheraphy.

• The course is conducted by professional and experienced trainers, psychotherapists and specialists in psychotherapy of addictions and co-addictions.

• The target of the therapy is to acquire the skill of managing the relapse of illness, addiction to taking psycho-active substances and acquiring more acceptance of the disease, feeling of coherence and health efficiency, more motivation too recovery and sense of life, skills of stress resolution and intra-psychological and interpersonal, the ability to manange alcoohool/drug "hunger" and relapse of illness.

  Psychotherapy of co-addiction

• The offer includes 10 weekend meetings or 6 week therapy in place, described in Fundamental Therapeutic Program of Coo-addiction applied in Janochy Center with regard to Personal Therapeutic Program and psychological interview. 

• Oferta obejmuje 10 spotkań weekendowych lub 6 tygodniową terapię w trybie stacjonarnym , opisaną w Podstawowym Programie Terapii współuzależnień i stosowaną w ośrodku "Janochy" z uwzględnieniem Osobistych Programów Terapii oraz wywiadu psychologicznego.
